Shipping & Delivery



Order processing
All orders are processed on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will prepare and hand over your parcel to the shipping carrier within approximately 1–3 business days.

Shipping methods & tracking
We use reliable shipping carriers with tracked delivery for all orders.
* A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
* You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your parcel at any time on the carrier’s website.


Estimated delivery time
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. In general:
* Domestic orders: approx. 3-5 business days after dispatch
* International orders: approx. 5-12 business days after dispatch
(These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.)


Delayed or missing parcels
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time:
1. Please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date status.
3. If you still cannot locate your parcel, or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us at bali.boyy.official@gmail.com or info@baliboy.co with your order number.
We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement or refund in line with our store policy.
