Welcome to Ballboy! Before placing your order, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to every purchase made on our website and are here to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all of our customers.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. General Terms

Ballboy is a men’s lifestyle and beachwear brand based in Thailand. Our website operates in accordance with Thai law. By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into a purchase agreement.

All purchases made through our website are intended for personal use only. We do not allow the resale of our products without prior written approval. Ballboy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is a previous dispute, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. This includes your name, shipping address, email, and contact number. We use this information to fulfill your order and contact you if necessary.

Ballboy will not be held liable for any delivery delays or failed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

 

3. Data Security

We take your privacy and data protection seriously. While we implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, please be aware that no method of online data transmission is 100% secure. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials private and to notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account.

 

4. Product Selection & Orders

To place an order, simply browse our website, choose the items you like, and add them to your cart. You’ll be prompted to fill in your personal and payment information before confirming the order.

Please note that items in your cart are not reserved until the order is completed and payment is successfully processed. After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase.

 

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases, an item may sell out before your order is processed. If that happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. If payment has already been made for the unavailable item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

6. Pricing, Currency & Tax

All prices displayed on our website are final and include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and may also be available in other major currencies for your convenience.

Please note:
Orders shipped outside Thailand may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These costs are not included in the price displayed on our website and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

7. Payment & Security

We accept secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. Your payment will be processed using encrypted and secure gateways, and we do not store or have access to your card details.

If payment cannot be completed for any reason, the order will be automatically canceled.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders worldwide using trusted courier services like UPS. Orders will be delivered to the address you provide — please ensure it's correct and accessible. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. You can find detailed delivery information on our Shipping page.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents in the presence of the delivery person and contact us immediately. We will replace or refund any item damaged during shipping, as long as it is reported promptly.


9. Failed Deliveries

If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, absence at the delivery address, or other issues not caused by Ballboy or the courier, your package may be held at a nearby access point or returned to us.

If the package remains undelivered for more than 15 days, we will consider the order canceled. A refund will be issued (minus any shipping costs), once the item is returned to our warehouse.

 

10. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. All returned items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note:
Underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Items purchased during private sales or labeled as final sale are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and approved by our team.


11. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery at customercare@ballboybrand.com. Use the subject line “Quality Guarantee” and include your order number and a description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll replace or refund it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.


12. Updates to Terms

Ballboy reserves the right to update or change these Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. Each purchase is subject to the terms that are in effect at the time of the order. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

 

13. Governing Law

This website is based in Thailand and operates under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
